I dont know many realtors that care as much about clients as Bob does. Although we did not get that house, he helped us get an even better house and was an amazing advocate for us with the seller's agent. Bob has a wonderful personal touch. A little anecdote: At the end of October 2019, my wife was away visiting her family out-of-state, and Bob asked if I wanted to see some houses. He spent time showing me seven houses in one day, as great houses were on the market, some with newly lowered prices. He took the time to assist me in narrowing down my choices, giving me strategies for ranking, and running through the pros and cons of each house. He helped me present what would become my beautiful house to my wife when she returned from her trip, remembering some of the things she liked in particular houses. In other words, without being intrusive, he developed a rapport with us, keeping in mind what we liked in each house, and used that information to help us determine what would work best for us, what would be the best value and where we would be happiest. As we were first time home buyers, Bob was also invaluable to us as we navigated the world of real estate purchasing. As new homebuyers, and as the son of parents who have always rented and have never owned property, the idea of buying a house was harrowing, intimidating and overwhelming to say the least. Bob not only invested time in explaining to us how this works, but he also was a calming presence at some of the most stressful times, such as when we had to amend our initial offer for our house as there were multiple bids. He was cool, calm, collected, and always positive when my wife and I were stressed and at times discouraged. Bob has a copy of my recommendation letter, and I am happy to talk to anyone about my experience. I give him my highest recommendation unequivocally.

Several years ago, we had done some research on several real estate web sites, but were not able to find exactly what we wanted. We met Bob at one of his open houses, enlisted him as our agent, and within a week, he had found the perfect home for us. During the process, it was clear he had a very strong understanding of the types of homes and neighborhoods we were looking for within our price range.
